The combination of these two exercises is designed to optimize your breathing when you are tired.

Swings and plank
You will combine an explosive exercise with plank - an isometric exercise. Dumbbell swings are perfect for strength, endurance and timed sets. With a correct execution, your heart rate will increase and so will your oxygen requirements.

Swings are combined with the plank because abdominal weakness causes a precarious breathing pattern and diaphragm dysfunction. This combination of exercises will train the tension of the abdomen while you try to breathe correctly. The plank will make the respiratory muscles work simultaneously with the transverse abdomen, external and internal obliques and rectus abdominis. Instead of holding the plank against time, you'll count each inhale and exhale as a repetition.

Do 20 swings with a dumbbell (preferably a kettlebell) and immediately move into the plank position. Maintain the position for 10 complete breaths (one repetition means one inhalation and one exhalation). Do 5-10 such circuits. Do not take a break between circuits; it goes from cradles to planks and vice versa, without any pause.
