Fast eggs for breakfast
For those without much time to eat breakfast, here is a very practical and easy to implement solution. And tasty!
It is an ideal breakfast for those in a hurry in the morning, who do not have much time to eat. Eggs are perfect to start the day, being among the most complete and nutritious foods on the planet . It's nothing fit, just tasty, fast and portable!
Quick Egg Breakfast Ingredients :
- olive oil
- 3-4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons chopped bell peppers
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped red onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce (optional)
- Lightly grease a casserole with olive oil that can also be used in the microwave. Put in it lightly beaten eggs, peppers and onions; salt and pepper. Put the lid tight and put it in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
- To prepare them, loosen the lid a little to let the steam come out and put it in the microwave, at maximum power, for two minutes. If it is not ready, shake the casserole a little and put it in the microwave for another 1 minute, at intervals of 15 seconds, checking each time if it is at the consistency at which you want eggs.
- Put the sriracha sauce over it and eat.
Tip : if you like simple eggs, skip the vegetables.
Time-saving tip : Prepare several such pans at once and keep them in the fridge. So you have a breakfast ready in just 2-3 minutes!
