Beef protein omelet

A real protein treat for meat and egg lovers.

Turn leftover meat from dinner into a delicious omelet. It is full of protein (obviously), healthy and low fat vegetables.

Protein omelet ingredients with beef:

1/2 finely chopped onion
1/2 finely chopped red bell pepper
60 g chopped spinach
120 g cooked beef (muscles or lean beef) cut into small pieces
4 egg whites
a whole egg
1/2 diced tomato
salt and pepper to taste

Heat an omelette pan over medium heat, putting a little oil in it. Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spinach and beef and stir over low heat to soften the spinach and heat the meat for about two minutes.
Put the meat and vegetable mixture on a plate and put the pan back on the fire. Put a little more oil in it and add the egg whites and the well-mixed egg.
When the omelet is almost ready, quickly place the tomatoes and the mixture of meat and vegetables on top of it in half, and fold. Leave it on the fire for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
