Anti-hangover protein smoothie ingredients :
- a cup of protein powder
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- a medium banana
- 3 medium strawberries
- 70 g blueberries
- 30 g young spinach
- 1 spoon of honey
- 240 ml of almond milk
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Mix for 30 seconds.
- The result is two smoothies.
