Altamofen manufactured by Alpha Pharma - production form - tablets of 10 mg, 20 mg: 30 tablets in a pack. Altamofen (Alpha Pharma) is a brand name for the tamoxifen citrate, a non-steroidal substance which shows antiestrogen features. These features are explained by the ability to compete with estrogen for the place in different tissues such as chest, for example. In medicine this effect is very useful when treating the patients with tumors that are caused by estrogen, for example chest cancer.
