CIalis is a medicine used to treat sexual dysfunction. It is also used by bodybuilders in recovery belts after a cycle of steroids to maintain sexual health.
Active substance: tadalafil citrate
Commercial names: Cialis
Cialis, in a way, is the second generation of Viagra. While the small blue pill helps keep the erections for 4-6 hours, Cialias keeps them for 36-48 hours. That makes it more practical. Why are we talking about Cialis? As with Viagra, rumors say that tadalafil is used during anabolic and androgen steroid treatments to get them faster and in larger amounts of muscle. But these are just speculations!
Rather, it is useful during post-cycle therapy (PCT). Many men, after coming out of a cycle of steroids, suffer from low libido and erectile dysfunction. Cialis can help remedy this, at least during PCT.
The efficacy of this drug has been proven in a 6-month study. Some men suffering from mild, moderate and severe erectile dysfunction were given 20 mg of tadalafil or placebo. Tadalafil has greatly improved sexual dysfunction compared to palcebo. At the end of the study, attempting to successfully consume a sexual act was 73.5% for those who received Cialis.
Another attractive part of this drug is that those who do not have sexual activity because of erectile dysfunction have lower levels of testosterone due to the effect of sex on the hypothalamus-pituitary axis. Cialis was given to men for one month, and at the end they had a higher testosterone level because they had more sex.
Cialis is very well tolerated, being pretty sure. It has been given 3 times a week, for a long time, with very few side effects, being very effective. If side effects occur, these include headaches, stomach cramps, nose palsies. So, it could be a good component in post-cycle therapy: it significantly increases erectile function, testosterone can (even indirectly) increase and is well tolerated.
The minimum dose is 10 mg and the maximum dose is 20 mg.
